AR Manager
Job Objective:
Seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Manager position where he/she can leverage expertise in financial management, credit control, and team leadership to contribute towards the organization’s financial success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits.
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts, implementing strategies for resolution.
- Oversee accurate and timely invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement best practices for efficient billing cycles.
- Supervise and motivate accounts receivable team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and other relevant financial metrics.
- Analyse trends and variances to identify areas for improvement.
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business partnerships.

Qualification & Experience:
