Manager – Instrumentation Lab

Responsibilities

1. Final accountability of technical quality, TAT, audit performance, and resource management.

2. Approve final reports (depending on authorization matrix).

3. Lead strategic planning (capability, accreditation scope, business needs).

4. Handle high-severity technical complaints, investigations, and regulatory interactions.

5. Ensure alignment of process excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

6. Review and approve the section budget, and submit it to the reporting in-charge for further approval and implementation within defined timelines

7. Mentor Assistant Managers/Team Leads and evaluate workforce performance.

8. To represent the section in regulatory, ISO and customer audits and ensure complete compliance·

Qualification:

M.Sc. in Chemistry (Any branch of chemistry) / M. Tech Food Tech etc with strong instrumentation exposure

Experience: 12 – 16 years
