Hygienist
Location: At client site – Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or relevant field.
Work Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a food industry or testing laboratory.
- Experience in food safety, hygiene monitoring, and laboratory sampling is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily kitchen and doctor rounds; document and report observations promptly.
- Provide regular training to food handlers on food safety and hygiene practices.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly sampling schedule.
- Coordinate the collection and dispatch of samples as per schedule.
- Submit detailed monthly account reports related to hygiene and food safety expenditures.
- Liaise with external laboratories and ensure weekly reporting and sample submissions.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain compliance with internal and external food safety standards.
Critical Activities Executed:
- Execution of hygiene audits and corrective actions.
- Hands-on sample collection and record maintenance.
- Technical coordination with laboratory personnel and kitchen staff.
