Hygienist

Location: At client site – Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or relevant field.

Work Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a food industry or testing laboratory.
  • Experience in food safety, hygiene monitoring, and laboratory sampling is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily kitchen and doctor rounds; document and report observations promptly.
  • Provide regular training to food handlers on food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Prepare and maintain a monthly sampling schedule.
  • Coordinate the collection and dispatch of samples as per schedule.
  • Submit detailed monthly account reports related to hygiene and food safety expenditures.
  • Liaise with external laboratories and ensure weekly reporting and sample submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external food safety standards.

Critical Activities Executed:

  • Execution of hygiene audits and corrective actions.
  • Hands-on sample collection and record maintenance.
  • Technical coordination with laboratory personnel and kitchen staff.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
