Customer Experience Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers to join Envirocare Labs as Customer Experience Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in customer service within the environmental testing and laboratory services industry. You will be trained to handle client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist clients with service requests related to environmental testing (air, water, soil, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (lab, field staff, logistics) for sample collection and report delivery
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their service status
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
- Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience
- Support senior team members in day-to-day operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelorโs degree in Science, Environmental Studies, Commerce, or any related field
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
