The estimated completion time for the application is approximately 30 minutes, assuming all necessary data is available for upload. Shortlisted applicants will be required to make an online presentation for jury evaluation. All submitted data will be kept confidential and used solely for the Envirocare Green Awards.
Timelines:
- Call for applications: April 22 to June 15, 2024.
- Initial scrutiny of applications: Through June 25, 2024.
- Applications review by the jury: June 25 to July 5, 2024 (weightage: 100 points).
- Shortlisted applicants’ online presentation to the jury: July 12, 2024 (IST 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
- Final event (Hybrid format): July 20, 2024 (IST 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).

I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions of the Envirocare Green Award:
- I affirm that the data I have submitted is original, authentic, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
- I acknowledge that the data I have submitted as part of my application may be shared with the EGA team for scrutiny, evaluation, and promotional purposes of the Envirocare Green Award.
- I confirm that the data submitted is owned by me or my organization, and any intellectual property related to my data will remain under my ownership or my organization’s ownership. EGA will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights.
- If I receive the award, I agree to participate in formal interviews (if requested) and permit the publication of my work in various media. I understand this is to encourage, empower, and enlighten others to work towards a better environment for future generations.
- Envirocare Green Awards is not liable for any omissions or issues arising from the work mentioned in my application.
- As a commitment fee, I agree to pay a non-refundable amount. ( ₹1,000. for Indian participants and $ 20 for Foreign Participants).
