Embrace is an onboarding initiative based on SDG17 | Partnership for the Goals, wherein the members are introduced to the organization’s ideology, of partnership which will help the team in their journey for personal and professional excellence.

Elevate is a training initiative based on SDG4 | Quality Education, a leadership program for aspiring managers within the organisation that focus on transition in their professional careers. Currently, the organisation is also undergoing a one-year Seed Transformation Program conducted by Standford Graduate Business School.

EnviroJosh is an experiential outbound intervention based on SDG8 | Decent Work & Economic Growth for the holistic development of employees. The various programs include a fine blend of technical workshops & keynote sessions with fun-filled activities and games that help team building.

We have launched an initiative named “YogUrja”, offering holistic wellness solutions to our team members, including Yoga & Meditation, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Ayurveda and diet consultations. Everything is available to the team members during the breaks/post-working hours in the Office Premises. Periodic Yoga Sessions are conducted at/near the actual place of work: Workplace Yoga and at the “Yoga Canteen” (Fitness Studio @ Envirocare Labs), which is open to employee families and friends.
