Jr. Marketing Executive – Social Media
Job Objective
Support the execution of social media activities to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and assist in generating leads while maintaining a positive online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Support content planning by helping create and maintain content calendars.
- Create engaging and relevant content including posts, captions, images, reels, and short videos.
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
- Help drive traffic to website and landing pages through social media promotions.
- Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams for campaign execution.
- Assist in managing online reputation by monitoring reviews and feedback.
- Support competitor tracking and share observations with the team.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps
- Familiarity with social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and interest in content creation
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Personal | Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Certification or course in Digital Marketing preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
