Job description
As an HR Recruiter, primary role will be to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. You will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, identifying and hiring qualified talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will also work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely and efficient recruitment, supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
2. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an up to date talent pipeline for various roles.
3. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics on weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions at once while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
